Watch ChatGPT Write Sales Scripts

In this week’s YouTube video one of our recent clients told me about ChatGPT. This client has a background in sales and hired us to help automate her sales process. During our first initial chat, she asked me if I knew that ChatGPT could create sales scripts teams could use to role-play and practice different sales objections.

It piqued my interest.

I’ve been in sales to some capacity for 15 years. Back in my day (yes, I’m saying that now haha) there was no AI that could help you with sales role-play. Your manager had to teach you – many of which don’t do it well – and then you had to go out in the field and get rejected a bunch of times to get the data. I was once rejected 60 times in one month and it was brutal.

So I’m curious if ChatGPT can help our more beginner clients bypass this process by helping them feel more prepared before they go out into the field for the first time. Or, at the very least, optimize the process so we can train people faster.

So let’s try it out and see what happens.

Ai marketing: How to Use AI to Boost Your Marketing Strategy

 

In this week’s video, we’re talking about how to use AI to boost your online marketing strategy. I’ll also be sharing some of the results I have discovered based on the data we’re seeing in my business.

 

AI Marketing: Time and Money Saved

Perhaps the most exciting thing about AI Marketing is the fact that you can produce more content at higher frequencies and lower costs without it taking so much time.

Since December we have been able to:

• Pump out daily long form videos that a keyword and search friendly
• Create their accompanying blog post
• Add two more days of email marketing per week – some days getting emails two or three times a day if there is a promotion
• Post almost daily short form content on multiple channels

This has led to:

• An increase in subscribers
• Videos on YouTube getting thousands of views
• People finding my company via search on YouTube and Google
• Me being able to do consistent livestreams which went from 20ish views to some videos getting nearly 1000 views
• A LOT more engagement
• New clients

In fact, someone is in my DMs right now as I’m writing this telling me how they’ve noticed how consistent I have been in the last couple of months. People are seeing my content at LEAST three times more than they used to and it’s catching on.

Now here are some of the specific ways to use AI marketing to boost your visibility.

Video Marketing

We’ve been able to quickly research, create and distribute both long form and short form videos across multiple platforms. I’m working on this this morning and an entire month’s of video and social promotions will be done in half a day.

Social Media

AI marketing tools come in handy when your creative brain juice has run dry and you need an Instagram caption for the day. You can use the tools to give you a base and then make sure to put your own spin on it.

Email Marketing

AI marketing tools have allowed us to increase the output on our email marketing. Last year I noticed that if we had a promotion going on and I simply sent 2 to three emails a day that sales would drastically increase – especially on the last day of the promotion.

The problem most businesses have with email marketing is they don’t do it enough. They think once a week is enough and then wonder why their email list doesn’t buy from them.

I recently heard someone say they send four to five emails PER DAY and are grossing million dollar months. I’m going with what they say because clearly, they have the data and results. While we’re not at four to five emails a day – yet – we have been able to increase weekly frequency to seven days a week and some days we are able to send two emails a day.

Final Thoughts

AI Marketing is allowing businesses to increase their visibility without it taking a whole lot of time or costing a lot of money. The more people know you, the more likely you are to make money. Top AI Marketing Tools #1: ChatGPT

I’ve used ChatGPT for just about everything. I’ve used it for everything from content creation to creating sales role play scripts my team can our clients can use to practice. It does just about anything you need it to do which is why it made the list of top AI marketing tools.

The downside is the copy wasn’t great. When I asked it to write a marketing email it basically created a 1980s cold pitch sales email. You can watch that below.

Top AI Marketng Tools #2: Notion AI

I am OBSESSED with Notion. I discovered it about a year ago to help me organize my entire life and was very excited when they released AI. Out of all the tools on this list this one may be my favorite just because I was already using Notion for project and life management and then they supercharged it with AI.

I have a whole other video on 13 different ways you can use Notion AI which I will leave below.

Top AI Marketing Tools #3: VidIQ

VidIQ has quickly turned into my favorite AI Marketing tool that is specifically for YouTube. It’s thanks to VidIQ that we’ve begun ranking for certain search terms which then YouTube is using to promote our stuff. VidIQ is getting better results than humans I paid thousands of dollars to. I did a deeper dive into VidIQ in my first ever AI Marketing video which I will also leave below:

 

Top AI Marketing Tools #4: Copy.ai

Since I was a marketer and blogger for eight years before I started teaching sales, I don’t often find myself using AI to help me with copy. However, sometimes I’m tired, the creative juices aren’t flowing or I need a starting point. For those instances I use Copy.ai which is much better at writing marketing copy than ChatGPT is. It’s not perfect and you definitely still need to put your own spin on it, but it saves you time and gets the job done.

Top AI Marketing Tools #5: Descript

Descript is my current preferred tool for podcasting and video editing – mostly because it makes the process fast an enjoyable. One of the reasons it took me years to get my video game together is because I hated editing videos and outsourcing wasn’t giving us enough return on investment to justify the cost. Now with descript it gets done very quickly and easily and the videos look fantastic!

Plus my team and I have a really fun time using it. I did a video walkthrough of Descript in our general AI Marketing video which you can find by scrolling up.

Final Thoughts

These top AI marketing tools have helped me get more visibility for my business, streamline our marketing process and save a ton of money. In just three months we’re starting to get ROI for our efforts like YouTube becoming one of our top three lead sources. It’s making everything so much easier and more effective.
