I'm reading a fantastic book again. It's called "Making Hope Happen" by Shane Lopez. One of the main points of this book is that you have to design your future before you can set and achieve goals. Shane calls this Futurecasting. This is such an important idea I added it into the first course in the Freedom Club. Most people miss the specifics of how to do this when they make their goals.
