The Great Resignation has led millions of people to quit their jobs, which has resulted in a renewed spark in entrepreneurship at record rates! You may be one of the participants in the Great Resignation, and you might be wondering how you can start a business?
Read below and listen to find out the two key elements you need to know to start a business quickly in 2022!
Your Shortcut to Launching Your New Business
Since I’ve worked through many of the challenges of small business startup and scaling, I’ve seen so many changes through the past few years of business. I’ve made many mistakes, and I’ve learned the industry the hard way.
But you don’t have to learn the hard way! Take the information here and apply it to jumpstart your new business without making the same mistakes. Give yourself the advantage and learn the what and how of entrepreneurship and small business startup by skipping major mistakes and launching your business into success!
Lesson #1 Create a Valuable Offer
First, you need to have a valuable offer – one that solves a specific pain point for your ideal client. What does your client need? What stress can you take off their plate? Can you offer your perfect avatar convenience with the product and services that you sell?
Your offer must solve a problem because that’s the number one reason consumers or other businesses buy products or services. Your business offerings will be easier to sell when they solve a problem. Look around and you, what do you know or what can you create that has a high market demand without a solution?
That leads me to the next step of creating your offer: doing your market research.
Step number two is to do your market research to create a valuable offer. Test ideas in the marketplace or create surveys online to know whether or not people will buy your product or service. If you need more help with this process, we have a market research class in Persuade to Profit. Come over and check it out!
Do the testing for your business idea to create much easier-to-sell offers. That’s also how your marketing becomes effective!
Your market research can lead you to better understand sales. In addition to understanding sales, you’ll want to promote your offer – that’s a big part of marketing.
Lesson #2 Create a Convenient Payment Process
Number two, you need a way to take payment. Now I know you must be thinking that’s the two lessons I need to learn? Yes, that’s it.
Although these two items may seem simple, they are not easy!
There are elements that you need to consider when you are planning your offer and your payment methods. So let’s dive right in!
Remember to Stay Committed!
I cannot tell you how many people I’ve seen in the last 12 years who try their new business for a few months or a year and simply give up!
I’m going to be honest with you, having your own business is not easy. Still, then again, nothing worth doing is easy. Any career you build will come with its own unique challenges – whether you work for yourself or someone else. The difference with being your own entrepreneur is that you can choose when you want to work and the type of work you’d like to specialize in for your paycheck.
Remember that it takes time to build momentum and brand recognition. And while you’re building up your business, you can really hone in on your sales skills and still make money without having to wait for your YouTube channel to blow up.
I got rejected 60 times by 60 different people who told me “no” in 2015. Obviously, it’s a huge bummer to go through that level of rejection, but I stayed committed. And now, in 2022, I have six-figure sales each month. So, what kind of business do you plan on starting?
